Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by GUEST: a sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more that sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and warrant a full refund. Cancellations that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, or changes that result in shortened stay, forfeit ½ of reservation deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or reservation deposit.

Cancellation by OWNER: Owner (manager) reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time for reasons upon their discretion. Cancellations prior to guest’s arrival will result in immediate notification to guest, along with full refund of guest’s funds. Cancellations forced to occur during a guests stay will result in refunds for dates not occupied by guest, UNLESS in the event of an eviction by owner due to damages, noise violations, unauthorized guests or maximum guest exceeding, unauthorized pets, or any other disturbance at the owner/ manager’s discretion; in which case the guest will be required to vacate the unit immediately and guest will NOT receive a refund.

Deposit Policy
​A damage deposit of no less than $250 will be charged to the credit card on file within (14) days of departure, if the following occur:
a) Damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b) Charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents for service rendered during the stay.
c) All debris, rubbish and discards are not placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are not placed in dishwasher.
d) All charges accrued during the stay which are not paid prior to departure.
e) Linens are lost or damaged.
f) Early Check ­In or Late Check­ Out.
g) The renter is evicted by the owner, or representative of the owner, or local law enforcement.
